PNU – Nowa Krakowska

We are proud and happy to announce that today we received a valid use permit for our next project in Warsaw’s Wlochy district – 𝐍𝐨𝐰𝐚 𝐊𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐤𝐚! 🥳

The permit obtained concerns a complex of buildings with 208 apartments with various sizes from 29 to 89 sq m. You can choose from atmospheric studios, comfortable and convenient two-room apartments as well as spacious three- and four-room apartments. Each apartment has a balcony or loggia, and selected ones have terraces and gardens.

This is a huge step forward in the implementation of our investment, which not only symbolizes hard work (special thanks to our steadfast Project Manager – Krzysztof Dłubała 👏 👏 👏 ) but also the trust our clients have placed in us. Thanks to the permit received, owners of apartments in this building will soon be able to collect their keys 🔑 We wish you efficient interior finishing and a quick move!
