General Constractor selected!

We are pleased to announce that we have selected the general contractor – Unibep S.A. – for the development project at Smardzewska Street in Poznań.
The project will include two modern residential buildings comprising 141 comfortable apartments and 213 parking spaces.

Construction start: Q3 2025

Planned completion: Q2 2027

This marks an important milestone in the development of Smardzewska 8 – a housing estate designed with everyday comfort and high-quality standards in mind.
