Work at the Rezydencja Bonifraterska construction site is in full swing! This Thursday afternoon we bring you some news on the progress of the works, along with brand-new photos straight from Bonifraterska.

So what’s new? The reinforced concrete work and the window installation are 100% complete, and thermal insulation has been laid on the roof.

Work on the facade:

-East wall – completed.

-North wall – installation of anchor plates, posts, balustrades, thermal insulation, the substructure and the insulation for the ventilated facade on the ground floor, as well as embedding the mesh in adhesive – completed. Rendering and the fixing of rustication strips are under way.

-West wall – substructure brackets for the Equitone panels, installation of insulation for the cornices, posts and balustrades – completed. Installation of flashings and of insulation under the terrace decking is under way.

-South wall – installation of thermal insulation, roofing felt on the loggias, anchor plates, the Equitone substructure and insulation of the loggia ceilings – 100% complete. Insulation of the slab edges between storeys is under way.
