Who can get the Safe 2% Loan, and how much can they borrow?
✔️The loan will be available to anyone up to the age of 45 who does not own and has never owned a flat or house, or a cooperative right to a flat or house.
✔️For married couples, or parents of at least one child together, at least one of them will have to meet the age requirement.
✔️The maximum loan available to a single person is PLN 500,000.
✔️For married couples or parents with a child, the maximum loan amount is PLN 600,000.
✔️The loan can be used for flats on both the primary and the secondary market. The scheme has no cap on the price per m2.
