We are proud and delighted to announce that today we received the final, legally binding occupancy permit for our first project in Warsaw’s Wola district – ʀᴇᴢʏᴅᴇɴᴄᴊᴀ ᴋʀᴏᴄʜᴍᴀʟɴᴀ 𝟦𝟦! 🥳

The permit covers a stepped, 7-storey building comprising 28 units: 27 apartments and 1 commercial unit.

This is a huge step forward in delivering our development – one that symbolises not only hard work but also the trust our Clients have placed in us. Thanks to the permit, the owners of apartments in this building will soon be able to collect their keys 🔑 We wish them a smooth interior fit-out and a speedy move!
