The development planned at 68/70 Garbary Street will be built close to the Old Market Square. The property comprises three plots with a total area of 1,888 m², which for many years were occupied by retail and service pavilions. Now these unappealing buildings will make way for an impressive tenement-style building, which the developer intends to complete in 2025. The building was designed by the Wojtyś Wójtowicz Architekci studio, and the architectural concept was agreed in consultation with the Municipal Conservator of Historic Monuments.

The building will have seven storeys above ground, with the top two set back, so the apartments on the upper floors will have large terraces. The building will comprise 95 apartments ranging from 28 to 116 m². It will be complemented by five retail and service units on the ground floor, intended for shops and a restaurant. Parking will be provided by a three-level underground car park. Storage rooms and lockers next to selected parking spaces will also be available.
