It was here that the AROMAT coffee roasting plant was located years ago. The thriving business was interrupted by the war. The entire coffee brewing installation was taken out of the country, and over time the building in which the roasting room was located was completely destroyed.

All that remained was the characteristic, sweet smell of coffee enveloping the immediate vicinity. This place deserves a unique setting, and our goal is to restore its former splendor and refer to history, which is important and very interesting. We have prepared a plan of apartments of various sizes to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers.

Kamienica Garbary 68 consists of 95 apartments ranging in size from 28 to 116 m². On the ground floor, we have planned five commercial and service premises with shops and restaurants, which will additionally increase the level of convenience for residents. Our goal was to develop a concept that would delight. The project assumes an interesting, diverse facade – the tenement house divided into four finishes is an artistic and very interesting inclusion of the investment in the city space.
