We are pleased to announce that we have selected Unibep S.A. as the general contractor for our development on Smardzewska Street in Poznan.
The project will comprise two modern residential buildings with a total of 141 comfortable apartments and 213 parking spaces.

Construction start: Q3 2025

Planned completion: Q2 2027
