We are proud and delighted to announce that today we received the final, legally binding occupancy permit for another of our projects in Warsaw’s Włochy district – 𝐍𝐨𝐰𝐚 𝐊𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐤𝐚! 🥳

The permit covers a complex of buildings with 208 apartments ranging from 29 to 89 m². Buyers can choose from charming studios, comfortable two-room apartments and spacious three- and four-room apartments. Every apartment comes with a balcony or loggia, and selected ones also have terraces or gardens.

This is a huge step forward in delivering our development – one that symbolises not only hard work (special thanks to our tireless Project Manager – Krzysztof Dłubała 👏 👏 👏 ) but also the trust our Clients have placed in us. Thanks to the permit, the owners of apartments in this development will soon be able to collect their keys 🔑 We wish them a smooth interior fit-out and a speedy move!
